Here, Chong demonstrates his super effortless two-step Pilates that follows the art of controlled movements to improve one's flexibility and overall well-being.
It begins with his signature starting position (1a).
He then gradually adds intensity to the workout by lying on his back to perform full-body stretches to improve balance and coordination (2a, 2b, 2c). This stage is really hard, but don't be discouraged and supervise your cat if you have to.
Chong recommends staying in the No. 2 positions for at least half an hour or more.
When your cat feels it has reached its goal of being perfectly aligned to Pilates' principle, Chong recommends rolling back to the starting position (1b). For optimum results, a Pilates exercise should be followed by a long, undisturbed sleep.
Chong's simplified Pilates workout is so easy any cat can do it with eyes closed.
