In this first-ever reality show format, Millan is on the look out for someone who shares both his mission and his dream to give ‘unadoptable’ dogs a second chance in life, and to train people to be pack leaders, and help them achieve balance and harmony with their dogs.
The Cesar's Recruit Asia search is open to residents from the region and of Asian descent who are:
* over 21 years old at the time of application;
* hold a passport that is valid up to at least 30 June 2017, as regional / international travel may be required;
* fluent in English;
* in excellent physical and mental health; and
* not running for public office or serving in public office.

The winner of the reality series, which will be selected by the panel of judges, will be eligible to receive the grand-prize, to be announced by the show producers at a later date.
